How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped. Typical delivery takes 9–14 business days.

Can I use Safenco on myself?

Sure. Safenco is designed for self-use in emergencies when no one else is around to help.

What ages can Safenco be used on?

Safenco is designed to protect both children and adults with just one kit. It includes two different mask sizes: a smaller mask for children over 12 months old who weigh at least 22 pounds (10 kg), and a standard mask for teens, adults, and seniors. 

Can Safenco be used more than once?

The Safenco device is one-time use-only airway clearance device. If the Safenco odevice is used in a choking emergency and has saved the victim's life, the unit should not be used again for sanitary reasons. If used, please contact us through our website to fill out a "Report a Life Saved" questionnaire. We will contact you and gladly replace your unit free of charge.

The Safenco unit can be used multiple times if the obstruction is not dislodged on the first application. The masks should be inspected and consider replacing every 2-3 years.

What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

Safenco comes with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply return it for a full refund.

What is your return policy?


We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I track my order?

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us.

What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?
We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If you find the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Do you offer exchanges?


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the item you have and, once the return is accepted, placing a new order for the desired product.
